Captain Evangelos used to be captain of Sunreef catamaran ABOVE & BEYOND. He is very experienced and has amazing knowledge of all of Greece, great itineraries, where to get the best fresh fish directly from the fishermen, and so on.
(4.5 meters were added to both the stern and the bow and the interior was totally refitted in 2019. Hence the name PROJECT STEEL.)
Chef Konstantinos Katsaros comes from Mega yachts - he was the private chef of the King of Kuwait! - huge sell.

Two twin cabins with extra Pullman beds. The interior is black and white and minimalistic, no fluff.

No waste food - check out the menu based on one fish - head to tail. Glass bottles only, strict recycling! Great to see a yacht that truly cares about it - Captain used to be on Rainbow Warrior for Greenpeace.
