Sail and Work Experience Michael is a seasoned sailor with extensive experience in both sailing and motor yachts. He has most recently worked aboard the 65m classic S/Y ATLANTIC as First Mate during the Mediterranean charter season and classic regattas. Prior to that, he served as First Mate on the 35m M/Y KAYCEE, where he was also responsible for engineering duties. He captained his own 12m yacht, SV CALICOBA, on a multi-year voyage from France to Australia, managing over 40 crew along the way. His background also includes chase boat captain and fishing guide roles on M/Y MERCIELAGO. Michael brings a robust skill set in sailing, mechanics, electrics, shipwright work, and crew leadership. He has additional sailing experience in the North Sea, Baltic Sea, English Channel, Sea of the Hebrides, and Atlantic Ocean. Quinten also has competitive dinghy sailing experience at national and regional levels and has worked as a dinghy sailing instructor. Her other yachting experience includes working on M/Y BREEZE (Ferretti 720) across two charter seasons, handling client service, interior detailing, and supporting mooring operations. She also gained experience aboard M/Y WEST FIELD (Riva Virtus 63), and has completed a hands-on training course aboard M/Y SEXY FISH. In addition to yachting, Fanny has worked in hospitality and retail, and brings strong interpersonal and service skills to her roles.
