Matachley joins ONLY NOW as Second Stewardess with a strong foundation in both private and charter yachting, combined with a dynamic, can-do attitude and a natural flair for guest service. Having stepped straight into a Sole Stewardess role early in her career, Matachley quickly developed independence, resilience, and exceptional problem-solving skills. Her experience onboard M/Y Wyldecrest saw her confidently managing all interior operations—from housekeeping and laundry to guest service, provisioning, and inventory control—while also supporting deck operations when required. Matachley is highly detail-oriented and thrives in fast-paced charter environments, where her proactive approach ensures guests’ needs are anticipated before they are expressed. She has a particular strength in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere onboard, combining polished service with genuine personality. Her background in event coordination and hospitality further enhances her ability to deliver seamless guest experiences, from curated table settings to smooth service flow and memorable onboard moments. Fluent in English and Afrikaans, Matachley brings excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative team spirit to the interior team.
