Captain: Danilo Florio, Italian-Japanese

Danilo is a young but active and professional Captain, grown in the wonderful island of Ischia (Naples) and focused on ensuring that guests always receive the highest level of service as well as a charter itinerary that will delight everyone. After taking his degree in Nautical Transports and Logistic, he starts working as deckhand and second mate dealing with maintenance work, sailing and mooring activities. In 2019 he attends the IYT Master (International Yacht Training) , obtaining the IMO- MCA certification. Danilo attended also cooking classes that allowed him to learn the main culinary skills to delight guests aboard.
Team work oriented, with a keen sense of duty and strong problem solving skills, Danilo ensures that his crew always maintain the same positive and professional attitude that he does.
Accredited instructor for training courses by International Yacht Training, he fluently speaks English and an intermediate level of Spanish.


Chef: Savio Autore, Italian, 41 y.o.

Salvatore was born and raised in the beautiful city of Naples. Soon after taking his degree, he embarked for his first job in the yachting industry as a Deckhand/Chef, and he discovered his passion for the sea.
Salvatore holds many years of experience on board and an extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean coasts.
He’s very respectful and discreet, a real lover of the sea and also a great chef. His ability to create a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere aboard has no equals and he’s very skilled in suggesting insider’s restaurants and activities. Italian mother tongue, he also speaks English and French.



Stewardess: Maria Aversa, Italian, 36 y.o./TBC

Maria is a good looking, professional team member with excellent communication skills.
After successfully obtaining a degree in Sciences of the Tourism with Managerial Address, she improved her level of english during a study sejourn at the London Callan school.
Passionate about foreign cultures and travel, before joining Yachting Industry field, Maria has worked for years in the tourism hospitality field.
She has been employed as hotel receptionist, airport helper and speaking assistant at conferences in Italy and abroad, improving her communication and problem solving skills.
Highly motivated and easily adapting to changing situations, Maria is ready to greet guests aboard with her warm and welcoming smile.
Italian mother tongue, she speaks a good level of English and Spanish.
