YGO is offered primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the heart of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is generous, with a prominent dining and seating area and that's where most of the delicious meals are served. Wim Henderieckx
Wim, our Captain on board YGO. is an experienced sailor and real professional. He was involved for 12 years with the Belgian Olympic sailing team and has been a keen sailor since he was 9 years old. He has since moved on to become a Master 500GT and has experience on larger catamarans and monohulls alike. He’s completed an Atlantic Crossing and spent a lot of time in both the Caribbean and Mediterranean where he collected all necessary local knowledge to provide the perfect charter experience.

Joseph 'Pepe' Catà
I am a Chef from Barcelona specialized in Mediterranean cuisine among others. My education was based in Barcelona, capital of the avant-garde kitchen and also with great inuence from classical French cuisine.
During my professional career I tried to work in a variety of restaurants that could make the best out of my learning experience. I have worked in 4 restaurants with Michelin Stars, making a total of 6 Michelin stars. There, I learned the best methods to work, to clean fast and to be organized in the kitchen.
I have also spent one year in Donostia - San Sebastian, the gastronomic capital of Spain. There I was able to work with the best products and I learned the best traditional techniques.
I currently work as a private chef, I have worked around Europe with dierent families, giving an exclusive and personalized service. I have mainly worked in Ibiza, there I have been working for important and powerful families.
I also have experience as a private chef on a luxury catamaran, a Sunreef 70. I have all the papers in order to be able to work on yachts.
At a personal level I consider myself to be outgoing, positive, proactive and hardworking. I believe it is crucial to have a good work atmosphere where everyone feels heard and respected.
I take work very seriously and professionally. I am a perfectionist and I will always work hard to have the best outcome possible, paying attention to the smallest details.
At this point in my career, I am excited to apply all my knowledge into cooking , expanding the variety of my work experience. That type of work will allow me to be responsible for the entire process from the beginning. This will go from listening to the guests’ desires, finding the best products, designing the perfect meal for the occasion and finally serving the food to make sure I fullfill the expectations of all the attendees.
