Pave is a highly experienced and dynamic chef with nearly 30 years of experience in the culinary industry. He has worked in various international and Mediterranean restaurants, four and five-star hotels, cruise ships and luxury yachts. He has built a successful career within his native Croatia and maintains a passion for Mediterranean cuisine and a commitment to discovering and promoting healthy local ingredients. He puts these ingredients at the heart of his plates and presents everything with his own creative flair. His extensive experience, and leadership roles in high-end hospitality environments, highlight his ability to seamlessly manage operations in the galley, ensuring he delivers exceptional culinary experiences. Pave is highly motivated, hardworking and real team player as well as being a dedicated member of the Croatia Chef’s Club. He prides himself of his communication skills and speaks fluent English as well as his native Croatian.
Mirela Zuvela
Sous Chef
Mirela is a trained yacht chef with a solid culinary background and a well-structured approach to onboard food service. She completed her formal chef education at the Skmer Academy and has worked extensively with fresh, high-quality ingredients in a charter-focused setting. Her training includes menu planning, preparation of a wide range of cuisines, and the ability to adapt dishes to guest preferences and specific dietary requirements. Mirela is fluent in English and Croatian, with conversational Spanish at B1 level. On board, she is valued for her flexibility in menu design, strong attention to detail, and responsiveness to guest feedback. She recognises the importance of cuisine as a central element of the guest experience and places emphasis on clear communication and consistently professional service.
Bruno Zuvela
Chief Engineer
Bruno has worked on board sailing and motor yachts, including S/Y Anetta (45m) and M/Y Premier (55m), where he developed strong practical expertise in deck machinery, auxiliary systems, and overall onboard operations. He has also served as an engine cadet and 4th engineer on commercial tankers with Tankerska Plovidba Zadar d.d. and Krilo Shipping, gaining hands-on experience in engine overhauls, machinery maintenance, and cargo system operations. Bruno holds a range of STCW certifications, including advanced oil and chemical tanker training, engine room simulator qualifications, and leadership courses. On board, he ensures reliable engine performance, supports technical operations, and communicates clearly with the crew to contribute to smooth and efficient charter operations. Fluent in English and known for his practical, solutions-focused approach, Bruno brings consistency and reliability to every charter. In his free time, he enjoys sailing.
Vedran Cikotic
Deckhand
Vedran is a skilled and enthusiastic deckhand, contributing solid technical expertise and a true passion for the sea. He contributes valuable professional experience to the deck department, complemented by an interesting background in the production of fishing equipment. Raised in a maritime environment, he credits his father for instilling a deep appreciation for the sea from an early age. Married and a proud parent, Vedran’s dedication to his family is reflected in his strong work ethic and commitment on board. What sets Vedran apart is his natural enthusiasm for guest interaction. He considers guest communication one of the most rewarding aspects of working on a yacht. For him, excellent service is rooted in kindness and attention, creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for everyone on board. Away from his duties at sea, Vedran enjoys football, hiking, and fishing — hobbies that mirror his passion for both the outdoors and the maritime world.
Ivan Cukusic

Ivan graduated from Maritime School and became a maritime sailor. He finds his passion in the sea and ships, and he enjoys working on everything related to the ship, from mooring to collaborating with other crew members on daily tasks. With over 6 years of experience on the sea, Ivan is diligent at his work, always ready to help, and is a true team player. He brings a cheerful and positive attitude to every task, making him a pleasure to work with and an asset to any team. Ivan also enjoys learning new things, meeting new people, and continuously growing in his role. Looking ahead, Ivan aspires to become a captain, a goal he is steadily working toward with dedication and enthusiasm. Outside of yachting, Ivan enjoys spending time in nature and staying active with sports such as running and swimming.

Her love for the sea comes from the sense of peace it gives her, which naturally inspired her to pursue a career on yachts.
