Tarik grew up in the yachting industry with his grandfather being an engineer and his father a captain and since an early age he knew yachting was his calling. Starting his career at the age of 18 working on various vessels and with his hard work, dedication and technical knowledge he soon achieved the position of captain, his first command being a Sunseeker and since has gained an extensive knowledge cruising the Caribbean, Latin America and all of the Mediterranean mainly Turkey, Greece, France and Italy getting to know all the idyllic bays to anchor! He has a very calm attitude with a sparkling personality and works well under pressure managing to run the yacht and crew to a very high standard and also being attentive to his clients needs and make sure everyone has a wonderful experience onboard! Tarik has been onboard Claremont for 3 years, he speaks English and Turkish

Latifa grew up in an Italian/Arabic family where the family meals were the main focus of the day! since an early age helping in the kitchen Latifa knew her passion was food and cooking! She started her career in yachting 7 years ago and has gained a huge experience of different cuisines throughout her travels. she loves to cook healthy and tasty dishes using the freshest of local products, she excels in Mediterranean cuisine (Italian), vegetarian, vegan, sushi, seafood...(just to mention a few!)
