Elie Makhlouf — Captain (Lebanese)

Elie was introduced to the yachting lifestyle at a very young age, growing up around yachts with his older brother, who is a captain. He began working in the industry at 16, gaining hands-on experience across various yachts. He has developed a deep passion for the sea and life onboard, building strong skills in seamanship, safety, and teamwork.
During his career, he has experienced a wide range of challenges, including navigating unexpected weather conditions during passages, which taught him the importance of staying calm under pressure, trusting the crew, and being prepared for any situation. On his current yacht, he enjoys the supportive environment, friendly owners, and the opportunity to continually prove himself and grow professionally. He is fluent in Arabic, has a good command of English, and basic working knowledge of French. He holds a Master 200 Licence and brings both practical expertise and a dedication to creating a positive and efficient onboard experience.
When Elie is not working, he enjoys spending time at sea, exploring new destinations, and learning new skills within the yachting world.
Nataliya Sfeir — Stewardess (Ukraine)
Nataliya graduated from the Institute of Tourism, Economics, and Law in Kyiv with a bachelor’s degree in law, her travels across Europe, including Italy, Greece, and Spain, have allowed her to explore diverse cultures and foster appreciation for international experiences.
Although Nataliya did not grow up around boats, her passion for travel, hospitality, and service led her to the yachting industry, she thrives in professional, international environments where teamwork, organization, and dedication are valued, and is continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Nataliya enjoys a supportive and well-organized environment, her yachting experience has taught her to manage guests with care, adapt to diverse personalities, and find practical solutions to challenges. Nataliya speaks fluent Russian and Ukrainian, Good English and Basic Arabic
Jhon B. Rotubio — Deckhand (Filipino)

Jhon is a Bachelor of Science in Nautical Studies graduate with a strong foundation in navigation, maritime safety, and ship operations. His academic training and international travels have strengthened his discipline, teamwork, and adaptability, supporting his commitment to a professional maritime career and safe, efficient vessel operations. Jhon also speaks good english.
He has gained hands-on experience working on ships, developing practical knowledge in navigation, vessel operations, and onboard safety procedures. Time at sea inspired his transition into the yachting industry, where he combines maritime expertise with the dynamic, guest-focused environment that yachting offers.
Jhon values the teamwork and professionalism of his current crew, as well as the high operational and service standards onboard, these experiences have reinforced the importance of teamwork and remaining calm under pressure, essential qualities in the yachting industry.
Mikhael Mattar — Deckhand (Lebanese)

Mikhael joined the Lebanese Army at the age of 16, where he developed a strong sense of discipline, responsibility, and teamwork. During his service, he pursued his passion for swimming and became the Lebanese Open Water Swimming Champion for two consecutive seasons (2017–2019).
Raised in a coastal family, Mikhael grew up at sea with his father, a fisherman, gaining practical seamanship skills and a deep respect for the ocean from an early age. He later gained hands-on yacht experience assisting his cousin onboard, further strengthening his maritime knowledge.
In March 2024, he transitioned from the Lebanese Army to pursue a professional career in yachting, combining military discipline, endurance, and lifelong sea experience. Mikhael is native Arabic, Good English and basic French.
