Marco Morvillo — Captain (Italian)
Marco has had a lifelong passion for the sea. As Captain Marco, he embodies all the qualities needed to ensure guests have an unforgettable vacation. He is kind, knowledgeable, and open-minded. Starting his career in 2013 as a deckhand on private yachts, Marco quickly advanced to the role of Captain.
With extensive cruising experience throughout the Mediterranean Sea, Marco has developed unparalleled expertise and leadership skills. He delights in showing guests unspoiled bays for swimming and hidden gems for anchoring. In 2015, Captain Marco transitioned to the charter world to challenge himself further and provide exceptional experiences for his guests.
When not on board, Captain Marco enjoys swimming, reading, and fishing. He is fluent in both English and Italian.
Lina Massaro — Chief steward/ess (Italian)

Lina is originally from Naples. For the past 7 years, she has been working on board yachts as a stewardess, during which she has gained valuable knowledge of all aspects of the interior as well as other departments of the vessel. Since she made the transition to the yachting industry, she has not looked back. With her empathy, she creates an enjoyable atmosphere on board. Her keen eye for detail makes Lina an invaluable member of the team. Lina enjoys spending time with her friends and dancing. She collaborates seamlessly with the rest of the crew, ensuring smooth operations. She looks forward to welcoming you on board and doing her best to make your time memorable.
Zaydi Rudman — Stewardess (South African)
Zaydi is an exceptionally enthusiastic individual, always eager to learn new skills and embark on new adventures. Her disciplined mindset and strong work ethic fuel her dedication to achieving excellence in every task she undertakes, especially in her role as a stewardess.
Punctuality and meticulousness define Zaydi's professional demeanor. Whether engaging with guests or collaborating with colleagues, she exudes professionalism and confidence, leaving a positive impression on everyone she meets.

Paolo Aiello — Deckhand (Italian)
With a strong focus on relations and a passion for teamwork, Paolo has honed his skills while working on various charter vessels. His innate ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse geographical backgrounds and social standings sets him apart in his field. Paolo's extensive knowledge of sailing techniques and vessel safety regulations ensures a smooth sailing experience for guests. Whether it involves assisting guests, supporting fellow crew members, or performing various deckhand responsibilities, Paolo approaches each task with professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Paolo speaks Italian and English. He loves outdoor, sports and swimming in his spare time.

Pagano Salvatore — Chief engineer (Italian)
Few engineers bring the breadth of experience that Salvatore has accumulated over more than two decades at sea. From Carnival cruise ships to superyacht charter seasons across the Mediterranean, his career reads as a masterclass in marine engineering, built vessel by vessel, engine room by engine room.
Salvatore has served as Chief Engineer aboard an impressive succession of charter yachts, including the 65-metre Bleu de Nîmes, the 50-metre Tribù cruising Australia's east coast, and the Mangusta Misunderstood, navigating between Italy, France, and Sardinia. More recently, he led technical operations aboard Cloud Atlas through a demanding nine-charter season, and oversaw heavy refit work on Curiosity and the San Lorenzo Bestia.
Salvatore combines deep technical expertise with the calm, charter-ready professionalism that guests never see, but always feel.

Mauro Bonanno — Chef (Italian)
Mauro is a Sicilian chef whose career has taken him from the kitchens of Malta and Mallorca to superyachts cruising the Caribbean, the Bahamas, the Whitsundays and the Mediterranean, accumulating a breadth of culinary and charter experience that is genuinely rare. Since 2020 he has worked almost exclusively as Sole Chef on private and charter yachts, including multiple seasons aboard the 31-metre Rahil, the 35-metre Alpha Zulu / Ever East in the Caribbean and BVI, the 35-metre Rascal in Australia, and most recently the 48-metre Starburst III in the Mediterranean.
Equally fluent in Mediterranean, Italian, French, Asian fusion, Japanese and raw cuisine, as well as vegan, vegetarian and allergen-specific menus, Mauro combines serious technical range with the creativity and calm that a charter kitchen demands. For guests, the result is food that feels considered and personal, wherever in the world the anchor drops.
