Captain Rosario Fortuna is driven by a true and innate passion for the sea lasting for over 40 years. During his yachting career he has held positions of great responsibility, managing numerous private and charter yachts from 30 to over 50 meters all over the world with a natural ability to create a positive working environment and to provide top quality yachting experience to his guests.

Flexible, professional and dynamic, Rosario is a hard-working Captain with a keen eye for safety and security on board.

The basis for the success of Rosario is based on correct communication and listening. Among his qualities, precision and empathy are the key that helps him better manage the safety and success of the whole team.

Andrea, deckhand on board of EM3, is responsible, hard-working and precise; he takes care of the management of the boat providing precious assistance to the captain during the whole cruise. Dynamic, driven and versatile, he is very effective both team working and working independently.

His nautical experience spans from both private and charter yachts from 20 to 40 meters in the Mediterranean Sea.

Good knowledge of English and Spanish.



Carla Iacoponi, the cook and stewardess onboard EM3, who knows very well how to please the palates of all her guests. Passionate about the Mediterranean Cuisine, cooking seafood is her greatest passion and she only selects first quality ingredients. Since 2017 she is been managing multiple tasks onboard of private yachts, being in charge of the galley, the cabin cleaning, the laundry, providing an outstanding service to her guests.
