CRISPIN TEAPE — Chef (English)
I grew up living by the sea in the South of England. After attending catering college, i landed my first job onboard boats. This enabled me to combine my two biggest passions, cooking and travelling. Travelling worldwide means i have been fortunate enough to learn many different cuisines. I specifically love working with seafood and healthy Mediterranean food. Having spent a lot of time in Asia, I have a love for their food and all things spicy . What ever your food request may be, I will always try my best to accommodate and cater for every ones taste.
ELLIE BEERE — Stewardess (British)
Ellie is from a town called Cheltenham in the Cotswolds, England. She was lucky enough to grow up surrounded by beautiful farmlands and animals. She has worked in exclusive boutique hotels, developing an eye for high standards. She recently transferred her skills into yachting, working on a large high-profile yacht last year and is it excited to begin her journey onboard Friendship. She has a range of experience and training including a level 2 award in wines and spirits and a barista course. Ellie loves the outdoors, travelling and experiencing different cultures.
GEORGE SESTEPJOROVS — Chief engineer (Latian)
Starting his maritime career back in 2006, George brings over 17 years of engineering experience to Friendship. Working for many years on passenger ferries and LPG’s, he transferred his skills into the yachting industry in 2017 and has never looked back. He has been working on yachts all over the world, ranging from 30-50 meters. He was born in Riga, Latvia and now resides in the South of France, which he ‘couldn’t think of a better place to live’. He has a keen interest in learning languages and can speak Latvian (native), Russian, French, and Polish. George loves spending his free time being a dad and husband to his family at home.
SEWERYN STROKJECKI — 2nd Engineer (Polish)
Growing up and working on a small farm in rural Poland started Seweryn’s interest in fixing things. An engineer at heart, he decided to study Marine Engineering. He secured his first position as a 3rd Engineer on a container ship and worked for 6 years travelling around the world. He has travelled so broadly around the world that he only has 3 places left on his bucket list: Australia, Iceland, and the North Pole. His favorite country to visit is the vibrant Mexico! In his spare time, Seweryn enjoys rebuilding and modifying one of his 7 motorbikes, one of which is from 1967 that he is currently collecting pieces for. His passion for yachting started for the first-time last year when he completed a successful season on a 55m charter yacht. With his easy-going nature and kindness, we are very happy to welcome him onboard Friendship.
OLYANNA PIZHAK — Chief steward/ess (UKRAINIAN)
Olga was born in Ukraine and has been in the yachting industry for more then 12 years. She has extensive experience on charter vessels from 30m to 80m as Chief Stewardess. He has worked on several vessels and sailed the Mediterranean, Indian and Pacific Oceans. When Dee has finished exploring the ocean, he wants to venture to new heights and aspires to, one day, become a helicopter pilot. Dee’s goal is to entertain the guests and make sure that they have a wonderful time on-board and hopes they make unforgettable memories. This is Dee’s 2nd season onboard Friendship, and he has proved to be a very popular crew member. Whether it’s taking guests for beautiful hikes off the beaten path or going out for sunset tender rides, Dee is sure to make your experience one to remember.
