Aj has been sailing for 7 years, the spirit of adventure driving him to explore stunning locations around the world. His fun and outgoing personality will surely create many laughs during your stay aboard Earlybird. If you enjoy diving, water-skiing or any other water sports, Aj will be more than happy to assist you whatever the time of day. He excels in all water sports, especially water skiing which he started at the age of 7! Aj also worked as a sailing instructor, where his passion for the ocean and sailing was born.

Evelina Manchini

Chef

Evelina is the newest addition to the Earlybird team. Having worked her way through different positions on yachts up to Chief Stewardess, she really understands the importance of teamwork on board. She transitioned to the role of sole chef in 2018 and never looked back. She comes highly recommended and we look forward to seeing what she brings to charter clients this summer on Earlybird.

Marco Louw

Deckhand

Having spent a number of years working the land and operating heavy machinery Marco has now turned his focus to the seas after a season on a chartered deep sea fishing vessel. He is looking forward to putting his enthusiasm and excellent work ethic into delivering excellent service on board Earlybird this summer. Marco is a divemaster and enjoys spending is spare time scuba diving as well as deep sea fishing, off-road motor-cycling and keeping fit.
