Chef Thomas Milesi’s journey into the culinary world began at a young age, born into a family of chefs and raised in a restaurant environment. Trained in some of the best Michelin-starred restaurants in France, Thomas developed a refined palate and a commitment to culinary excellence.
In addition to his restaurant work, Thomas has a strong passion for creating unique culinary experiences through private dinners and special events. It’s through this experience that he discovered his love for designing customized menus and embracing new challenges. Now, Thomas is eager to bring his skills to the yachting world as a private chef, where he can be more creative, frequently change menus, and provide guests with unforgettable dining experiences.
