Each trip is a new adventure for him, always in a good mood way.

As he perfectly knows how to master Luce Guida, you will discover sensations of new pleasure and exhilarating gliding on the sea. You also will fully enjoy the serenity of your trip at sunset, Thomas will seek to anchor in the turquoise waters, once the keel of the boat has been raised.

Gianni spent 5 years around the world which ended with a 6 month cruise between Panama and Tahiti aboard a 45 feet catamaran as Second. Upon his return, as he has a reel passion for sailing, he decided to join Capitain Thomas Despointes on board of LUCE GUIDA.

Art of cooking is the second passion of Gianni. As both parents of Gianni are Chefs, he has innate talents and is guided by pleasure, refined taste and sense of sharing. He enjoys inventing a gourmet style that embraces his Franco-Italian culinary heritage that he enriches with foreign cuisines tasted during his trip around the world. He thus offers a delicate, neat and sophisticated cuisine.
