Vadym is an experienced and highly skilled bosun with over 15 years in the yachting industry, having worked aboard vessels ranging from 25 to 52 meters throughout the Mediterranean. His extensive career includes positions on prestigious yachts such as M/Y TOMMY (Benetti 52m), M/Y EL GUAJIRO (Princess 35m), and M/Y FAYZA (Nuevo Vulcano 40m), where he honed his expertise in deck operations, maintenance, and guest service. Holding certifications including IYT Yacht Master Coastal Power and Sail, RYA Powerboat Level 2, and STCW 95, Vadym is well-versed in all aspects of deck management, from docking procedures and tender operations to exterior maintenance and safety protocols. His technical proficiency extends to minor repairs, varnishing, and general upkeep, ensuring that MICHISAN remains in pristine condition at all times. Known for his reliable, outgoing, and friendly personality, Vadym brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every charter. With certifications including Housekeeping Gold Certificate for Yacht Stewardess Interior Training, Advanced Service & Silver Service Yachting Training, and hospitality courses, Yuliia is well-equipped to deliver the highest standards of service. Her background includes fine dining service at upscale restaurants, where she refined her skills in presentation, attention to detail, and anticipating guest needs. What sets Yuliia apart is her unique athletic background as a professional football player for over two decades in Ukraine, Russia, and Spain.
