Gianluca Spinetti — Captain (Italian)
Captain Gianluca Spinetti joins M/Y MILU II with over 30 years of experience in the maritime sector, including extensive command of both private and charter yachts across the Mediterranean. Italian and born in 1963, he brings a solid technical background, strong leadership and a consistent focus on safety, maintenance and guest satisfaction.
He holds a Master 500 GT licence, along with Chief Mate 3000 GT and Officer of the Watch Unlimited, supported by a full range of professional certifications including advanced firefighting, GMDSS and medical first aid.
Gianluca’s recent commands include M/Y LEOPOLDONA (Itama 75), M/Y GRAY (Princess 82) and M/Y BAMBÙ (Sanlorenzo 27m), as well as several years aboard M/Y GRACELAND (Mochi Craft 64). Earlier in his career, he commanded larger units such as a Mangusta 110 and Ferretti 830, building a broad and well balanced operational profile across different yacht types and programmes.
His navigation experience covers the entire Mediterranean, from the Italian coastline and islands to France, Spain, Croatia, Greece and North Africa, with a deep familiarity of key cruising areas including Sardinia, Corsica and the Amalfi Coast.
Outgoing, experienced and respectful of onboard structure, Captain Spinetti is known for his reliability and his ability to manage both yacht operations and crew effectively, ensuring a smooth and well organised experience on board MILU II.
Martin Tytula — Deckhand (Italian)
Martin Tytula joins M/Y MILU II as Deckhand, bringing a hands-on technical background and practical experience gained both on board yachts and within refit environments. Young, motivated and detail oriented, he is focused on developing his career within professional yachting.
Italian, with Polish origins, Martin speaks Italian at native level, Polish fluently and English at an intermediate level. He holds STCW Basic Training and completed his nautical studies at the Istituto Tecnico Nautico Artiglio in Viareggio, training as a deck officer cadet.
His recent experience includes the summer 2025 season aboard the Itama 75 LEOPOLDONA, where he worked as Deckhand, carrying out mooring and anchoring operations, exterior maintenance, water toys handling and supporting basic service and galley tasks. This role is particularly relevant as he worked alongside Captain Gianluca Spinetti, allowing for an already established working relationship and onboard coordination.
In parallel, Martin has developed strong technical skills through his work with Mediterranean Refitting Group / Seakeeper, where he has been involved in sanding, polishing, painting, fairing and carpentry, as well as general yacht maintenance and equipment installation.
Adaptable, team oriented and with a positive attitude, Martin combines solid practical skills with a willingness to learn, contributing effectively to deck operations and the overall upkeep of the yacht on board MILU II.
Erika Snajdarova — Stewardess (Slovak)
Erika Snajdarova joins M/Y MILU II as Stewardess/Cook, bringing a well-rounded background across private motor yachts ranging from 24m to 39m, with solid experience in both interior service and galley responsibilities.
Slovak and based in Naples, she speaks Slovak and Italian at native level, as well as fluent English and Hungarian, with basic Croatian and German, allowing her to interact comfortably with an international clientele.
Erika has held dual roles on board, including Cook/Stewardess on a 28m yacht, where she was responsible for meal preparation, provisioning and daily menu organisation, alongside full interior duties. She is confident in preparing and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, adapting to the guests’ preferences.
At the same time, she brings strong experience in silver service, bar and table service, as well as interior housekeeping, laundry and inventory management, ensuring consistently high standards on board. Her previous roles have also included babysitting, adding further flexibility to her onboard role.
Erika holds full STCW certification, ENG1 medical, and additional safety and crowd management training. Calm, reliable and detail oriented, she combines organisation and adaptability, contributing to a smooth, well managed and welcoming onboard environment aboard MILU II.
