His background is in hospitality rather than on the water, having spent four years working in bar environments, progressing from bartender to head bartender and developing a natural ease with people, composure under pressure and the organisational mindset that structured crew life demands. These are qualities that transfer directly to deck work, and that experienced captains recognise quickly in new crew.

Ludovico Pinna — Chief engineer (Italian)
Ludovico is a young Italian engineer whose technical formation has been anything but ordinary. Before stepping into the world of yachting, he spent nearly two years as 3rd Engineer aboard MSC Cruises vessels, large, complex ships running diesel-electric propulsion systems with Rolls-Royce Mermaid pods and Wärtsilä generators, progressing through three contracts of increasing responsibility that covered everything from fuel and lube oil systems to watertight doors, stabiliser fins, air compressors and freshwater evaporators. It is the kind of rigorous, high-stakes engineering background that most yacht engineers simply do not have.
The transition to yachting has been immediate and confident: most recently he served as Chief Engineer aboard the 45-metre charter yacht Curiosity, managing the full engine room operation and engineering department through an active season.

Galya continued her journey in the hospitality world and became a skilled barista while working in Greece. During her time there, she not only mastered the local language but also honed her expertise in crafting the perfect coffee and a wide range of beverages, further enhancing her commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
In the spring of 2022, Galya joined the NIGHTFLOWER crew, bringing her extensive knowledge and passion for hospitality to the team. Galya enjoys various hobbies, including hiking, swimming, and immersing herself in the world of literature through reading.
