Variable expenses — fuel, food, marina fees — are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), an additional deposit added to the charter price. The remainder is returned after charter.

Stability is our main point. We have two Seakeepers, one on the stern, one on the bow, plus the fin. So at the anchor, we are sticking in the water. No problem.
