Originally from the UK, Isobel brings a warm, upbeat energy to her role as Second Stewardess. With experience on both sailing and motor yachts, including an Atlantic crossing, she has gained valuable hands-on experience in fast-paced environments with a variety of guests.
She enjoys delivering attentive service and creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere on board, whether through preparing cocktails or ensuring the day runs smoothly for guests. Naturally versatile, she is also keen to assist on deck and be involved in all aspects of yacht life.
Outside of work, Isobel enjoys staying active through fitness, hiking, and tennis, and brings a positive, team-oriented spirit to every charter.
Velemir Imandiev — Chef (Bulgarian)
With over two decades of culinary experience, including Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, and five years as a private yacht chef, Velemir brings creativity, precision, and passion to every dish. Trained at École Lenôtre in Paris under Chef Christophe Rhedon (MOF), he excels in Mediterranean, French, Italian, Kosher, and global cuisines.
Velemir has cooked for celebrities and royalty, consistently delivering refined, flavourful menus tailored to guest preferences. Known for his calm efficiency and dedication to excellence, he ensures that every meal delivers an exceptional, guest-focused dining experience.
Matthieu Richard — Captain (French)
With over 16 years in yachting, including 13 as Captain, Matthieu has commanded yachts up to 42m, such as a 37m, a Benetti 40m, a Palmer Johnson 42m and now the Sanlorenzo SX112. Active, professional, and hands-on, he ensures safe and efficient operations through strong engineering skills and a preventive maintenance system adaptable to any vessel.
Matthieu’s navigation record is entirely accident-free. He is known for his diligence, honesty, and reliability, with over 1,500 sea days and extensive shipyard experience. A skilled problem-solver and natural leader, he combines good seamanship with practical common sense to deliver excellence at sea.
Alina Shumarina — Chief steward/ess (Ukrainian)
Originally from Ukraine, Alina brings seven seasons of experience in the yachting industry, having worked on busy private yachts with a steady flow of guests. Now in her role as Chief Stewardess, she leads the interior with confidence, ensuring high standards of service, organisation, and presentation are consistently maintained on board.
Alina is highly experienced in managing all aspects of the interior, from team coordination and provisioning to overseeing guest service and daily operations. She works closely with the captain and crew to ensure everything runs seamlessly, always maintaining a calm and composed approach, even in fast-paced environments.
With a strong eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, Alina is dedicated to creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere for guests. She takes pride in delivering personalised experiences and ensuring every charter is smooth, comfortable, and memorable.
Marco Boggio Tomasaz — Engineer (Italian)
Marco is a dedicated and versatile crew member with experience on both private and charter yachts up to 52m, including M/Y Lady Brave, M/Y K+, S/Y Is a Rose, and M/Y Amer 92. Skilled in both deck and engineering duties, he handles maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as daily operations such as washdowns, mooring, tender driving, and guest assistance.
Known for his reliability, technical mindset, and teamwork, Marco ensures smooth and efficient operations both on deck and below.
