Captain Mauro has commanded both motor and sailing yachts over 30 meters and is also a certified diving instructor. From 1995 to 2003, he taught in some of Rome’s most prestigious nautical schools, shaping the next generation of seafarers. He looks forward to welcoming TWINS' guests on board and guiding them to remarkable destinations, always striving to exceed expectations.

With a natural eye for detail rooted in her artistic background, Giorgia found her calling in the world of luxury yachting, where aesthetics, discretion, and impeccable service come together. Based in Sardinia, she has accumulated impressive experience across some of the most prestigious vessels in the Mediterranean.
Her journey spans the Velvet Tecnomar 100ft Jajarò, the iconic 511ft Dilbar, the Ferretti Yachts 850 E3, and most recently the CustomLine 140ft Miotu, each season deepening her expertise in interior management, fine dining service, and guest experience. Equally comfortable on deck, she brings a versatile, hands-on approach that makes her a valued presence in any crew dynamic.

Mattia Dadda — Deckhand (Italian)
Mattia is a dependable and motivated deckhand aboard TWINS, with experience on both private and charter yachts. He is involved in all aspects of deck operations, including exterior maintenance, mooring and anchoring, tender handling, watchkeeping, and routine checks, ensuring the yacht is maintained to a high standard at all times.
Practical and safety-minded, Mattia works closely with the Captain during maneuvers and supports the smooth running of daily operations. He is also comfortable assisting guests, particularly during water activities, always maintaining a professional and courteous attitude. Detail-oriented and proactive, he contributes to a well-organized and efficient onboard environment.

Nataliya Sukhadolskaya — Chief steward/ess (Belarus)
Nataliya is a Belarusian hospitality professional based in Viareggio whose transition from corporate management to the sea has produced exactly the kind of Chief Stewardess that discerning yacht guests remember. Her background in HR management and executive assistance, roles demanding discretion, organisation and the ability to anticipate needs before they are voiced, translates directly and naturally into the rhythm of high-level interior service.
Since moving into yachting, she has built a focused and impressive track record: Sole Stewardess aboard the 37-metre Harmony, Second Stewardess on the busy charter Ziacanaia, a near-two-year permanent contract as Chief Stewardess aboard the 38-metre Benetti Kos, Chief Stewardess on the 45-metre Perini Navi Heritage of London, and most recently leading a four-person interior team aboard the charter yacht Lady Luna. Across every posting, the thread is consistent, attentive, present and genuinely invested in the guest experience from breakfast through to the evening's last cocktail.

Born into a seafaring family, his father served in the US Navy, Christopher's love for the sea was inherited early and never wavered. He has spent over a decade building a career on Mediterranean waters, progressing from mooring operator and occasional RIB rental skipper to a trusted deckhand aboard prestigious motor yachts.
His recent seasons include notable tenure aboard the Velvet Tecnomar 100ft Jajarò, the Ferretti Yachts 850 E3, where he represented the vessel at the MYBA Charter Show 2024, and the Pershing 80ft Tine IV, where he refined his guest service and recreational activity management skills. Christopher brings a natural hospitality instinct, a calm hand on deck, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences to guests aboard luxury charter yachts.
