He has a long-standing career in the maritime sector, with advanced skills in maintenance, refitting, management, and repairs. He holds professional qualifications as a merchant navy captain and engineer, including IMO STCW’95 certification. He also served in the OTAN/NATO military navy. He speaks Italian, English, French, and Spanish. He has commanded vessels up to 60 meters across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Atlantic.
